City Centre Properties is a regional real estate company registered by Uganda Registrar of Companies.
It is the pioneer of Real Estate Agency targeting residential and commercial markets countrywide.

History and Background

Officially established in 2000, City Centre Properties began with a house plans section later expanding into a country and urban property management section thus shifting to more spacious premises on Kampala Road.

We still remain the only company to provide a holistic real estate approach from locating the land; to drawing the plans by our architects and then offer construction services and finally property management.
We compete with international and imported brands with regards to a reliable property agency and management concept.
